The Illuminations Restaurant Guide

Thanks for checking out our restaurant guide!  The purpose of this guide is to review some of DC's better known, but more importantly lesser known, restaurants and to provide feedback on our experiences there.  It is worth noting that the restaurants being reviewed do not know when we are coming, who we are, or that they are being reviewed until after service is complete.  We do not receive any discounts or preferential treatment because we are reviewing them.  We aim to be fair and straightforward in our reviews of these restaurants.  Also, please note that the reviews are based on our first experience with the restaurant (unless otherwise noted). We will be reviewing the restaurants based on a few criteria, each weighted differently.  We will give the restaurants lightbulbs (get it?
